Video premiere: Street Fighter “Queen of the Night”
New Danish heavy metal band featuring Diamond Head and Meridian members.
Street Fighter is a new Danish metal band, but they sound like they are a band from the NWOBHM scene. Danish vocalist Rasmus Bom Andersen some of you will recognise as the current frontman of NWOBHM veterans Diamond Head. Here he is joined by fellow Danes Peter Bruun on bass and Klaus Agerbo on drums as well as Italian guitarist and songwriter Marco Angioni. Peter, Klaus and Marco also play together in the band Meridian. Street Fighter will perform its first-ever live gig at the Heavy Metal Rock Meeting in Denmark in April. Street Fighter’s debut album, “Second Hand Hero”, will be released via From The Vaults in late 2022 or early 2023.
